I am now 24 years old. It was my Birthday on Monday (3rd of August). Once again my darling boyfriend spoiled me.
I thought I would share some of the things he bought me and later do a post on how I wear them. I hope you like it!
Firstly he bought me this beautiful eye shadow palette:
It’s the dupe of the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. It is amazing. The colours are very pigmented and creamy and last all day. There is a choice of either matt or shimmery eye shadow; therefore you can use it for any occasion.
On Amazon the Naked 2 Palette is £47.30. However the W7 ‘In the buff’ lightly toasted is a whole £4.91!
For that price how can you refuse? I’ve researched quite a lot of information about this dupe and a lot of people, including makeup artists, have agreed that the colours and consistency are nearly identical.
Craig also bought me a few items of jewellery.
This one I got a week before my birthday so I could wear it to Edinburgh:
This is the most gorgeous necklace I own. I love it so much. It was bought online, and I’m sorry but he’s very hush hush about the website. It’s a beautiful large bulky necklace with lots of different gems attacked. It’s just beautiful.
This one I wore yesterday. It’s beautiful, classy and very feminine. Again he’s hush hush about where he bought it.
It is a beautiful silver chain with a heart shape pendant with a jewel in the middle which is swarovski.
The next item is also one of my new favourites. It’s a green and gold watch. The straps are big but if it gets too big I can always pierce another hole.
The next item is from my lovely mother. I actually thought my mother forgot my birthday this year and I just thought to myself ‘okay, I’m 24 years old now, it’s time to grow up’. I tried to not let it get to me. Then on Monday morning at 2 am my mother was the first to text me and turned up the next day with this item:
It’s a beautiful bracelet from Bea Beads. Loads of different beads in a purple/brown/pink colour. Just gorgeous.
Including all this Craig took me to Glasgow for the day, bought me lunch and dinner and a few cocktails. I felt better than I should have the following morning.
In conclusion I got lots of presents and had an awesome day!
